Havana Residents Face Risk of Cave-Ins
Official reports state that 39 percent of Havana's 2.2 million residents live in structures that are in a mediocre or poor state of repair. Cracks, cave-ins and leaks abound in the city's old district, which the United Nations declared a Heritage of Humanity site.
